NRITYAGRAM DANCE ENSEMBLE (India) in collaboration with CHITRASENA DANCE COMPANY (Sri Lanka) is a stunning partnership that celebrates centuries of rich Indian and Sri Lankan cultures. The artists from Nrityagram are dedicated to the practice of Odissi dance, a 2,000-year old classical form of India. Though steeped in, and dedicated to ancient practice, these artists are committed to carrying Indian dance into the twenty-first century.
